The buying experience was great and we always recommended this place for new cars, first service visit however, not so much.

Car was towed in on a Friday with a flat tire (sidewall damage). They didn't have a replacement tire in stock and had to get it ordered. Stated it would be done Saturday. With the weather we had gotten Friday, there were no deliveries on Saturday (understandable).

Come Monday I called to see what time I can pick up and they informed me they had the wrong tire delivered and it wouldn't be done until Tuesday. This was frustrating but I dealt with it and received rides to and from work.

Come Tuesday, I had called to verify the correct tire was in, was told they were not sure and had to call me back (this is at 1pm) received a call back stating it was in but may not be ready until Wednesday. I stated firmly that is not an option, I would be in at 6PM to pick up my car.

Received another call stating a lug nut was stripped and it would be $11 to fix. I stated the car's tires have never been off since new, so impossible for anyone else to damage them other than service. Also stated I felt it would be fair for them to repair the lug nut free of charge for this reason and the inconvenience I have been put through. The lady on the phone started yelling at me she is not paying for the repairs out of pocket and so on. At this point I had some choice words for her since I was at my whits end with this ordeal and stated I WILL be there at 6PM to pick up my car.

In all this time, I had to call the service center every time. Poor communication, rude staff, and just plain disorganized dysfunctional service department.
